I am experienced at setting up wills, trusts and handling complicated estate planning ensuring that a person's assets pass according to his/her wishes while minimizing estate and inheritance taxes for the benenficiaries.  I also assist clients in preparing Durable Powers of Attorney for financial matters as well as Living Wills/Advanced Health Care Directives.

I also assist clients in tax preparation, tax planning for various transactions.  In addition, I represent client that are involved in tax disputes with the Internal Revenue Service and Pennsylvania Department of Revenue as well as representing clients in tax collection matters and tax audits.
